An economical, eco-friendly third generation alkaline soak / electrolytic type degreaser for ferrous metals and alloys. GALVAKLEEN, unlike other degreasers who are based on heavily loaded caustic and silicates, is formulated with effective sequesters and blend of ionic and non ionic surface active agents. The balanced content of alkalinity and sequestering/surface active agents in GALVAKLEEN makes it unique in removing stub born mineral and vegetable based oils and greases from the surface of ferrous articles. A blend of oil solubilizer, emulsifier, detergents, peptizer, softeners etc enables the GALVAKLEEN to act efficiently at lower temperature. The low surface tension of the water solution of the degreaser enables it to clean even the intricate parts of the jobs at low temperatures, which other cleaners find difficult to perform it.

Bath Control : For economical and efficient use, it is essential that the free and the combined alkalinity of the bath be maintained in the above-prescribed range.
